Interactive and video presentations for the Virginia Civil War Sesquicentennial Commeration. These include "Civil War Surgery," :Civil War Telegraphy," "Victory or Death at the Crater (African-American troops during the seige of Petersburg)," and "Virginia Divided: Chaos in the Western Counties" (also referred to as Why West Virginia?). Exhibits will be at the Historical Society from 2011-15, while some will be included in the traveling exhibit that will be in different venues across the state during the same period.

Cinebar had been on retainer for fifteen years, documenting the signficant activities of the archaeological dig on Jamestown Island. This ranged from the opening of the the first sqaure through the 400th anniversary of the founding of the first permanent English settlement in the New World. The first ten years were were recorded on broadcast-standard analog video tape. Those early tapes are being converted to digital form to allow for greater dissemination.

An oral history project about the "lost class" of 1959 of African-Americans caught up in Virginia's massive resistance to school integration as a result of the famous "Brown vs. The Board of Education" case in the Supreme Court. The recorded histories will include many different people affected in the city of Portsmouth.
